Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete a Total Leads Today Provider account from any browser—you do not need the Android app installed.
- Open the provider app below and sign in using the same Google, Apple, email, or phone method used to create the account.
- Open Account.
- Select Start account deletion, review the warning, and confirm permanent deletion.
What is deleted
- Firebase authentication account and sign-in identity.
- Provider contact and business profile.
- Uploaded license, certificate, insurance, and qualification files.
- Bids and uncompleted marketplace preferences linked to the account.
- Device notification tokens and active sessions when those features are enabled.
What may be retained
TLT may retain a minimal non-identifying deletion receipt and records required for completed jobs, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, or other legal duties. Retained records are restricted from normal product use and removed when the applicable obligation ends.
If you cannot sign in
Use the secure privacy request center and provide the email associated with the account. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, or identity documents. We may request a privacy-preserving verification step before deleting data.
Timing
Self-service deletion begins immediately. Support-assisted requests are verified and completed within the period required by applicable law. You will be told if a narrow legal-retention exception applies.
