Provider Terms

These terms govern provider applications, qualification review, bids, and job acceptance through Total Leads Today.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and authorized to act for the listed business. You are responsible for accurate account, business, tax, insurance, license, and certificate information.

2. Qualification review

Uploading a credential does not establish that TLT has verified or endorsed it. Approval is industry- and jurisdiction-specific and may be limited, suspended, or removed when a required credential expires or information cannot be confirmed. You authorize TLT and its verification vendors to contact issuers and check lawful public records.

3. Independent provider status

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, providers are independent businesses—not employees, agents, partners, or franchisees of TLT. You control how labor is performed and are responsible for personnel, provider-owned tools and ordinary work equipment, taxes, permits, insurance, safety, and legal compliance. TLT is responsible for purchasing approved job-specific parts and materials; do not buy them on TLT's behalf without a separate written authorization.

4. Labor-only jobs, bids, and materials

5. Marketplace conduct and private job chat

Private job rooms open only between a verified customer and the assigned provider. You may not submit false, illegal, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, obscene, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content; impersonate another person; expose private information; manipulate bids; evade marketplace fees; request passwords or one-time codes; demand gift cards, wire transfers, crypto, or remote access; or use the service for unsafe or unlawful work. Chat is not emergency dispatch and must not be used to bypass safety devices, permits, licensing, or professional requirements. Participants can report messages and close a room. TLT may review reported content and limited context, remove or preserve content, lock rooms, and restrict accounts to enforce these rules.

6. Customer safety and scope changes

Follow applicable safety rules and stop work when conditions are dangerous, unlawful, or materially different from the confirmed scope. Use the support process for customer-unreachable, safety, cancellation, dispute, or scope-change issues. Never conceal a material change from the customer or TLT.

7. Free core access, optional campaigns, and job payouts

New Service Pros who create an account under this offer receive at least three months of free core membership starting on the account creation date. TLT Pro Network application and core access cost $0/month during nationwide early access. No payment card is required to apply. Applying creates no paid subscription or automatic paid renewal at the end of three months. Any future paid core plan would require your separate agreement to its disclosed price and terms. Free membership does not waive qualification review or guarantee approval, jobs, leads, awards, or revenue.

Optional managed campaign services are separate, priced before purchase, and are not required to browse or bid on eligible work. For jobs processed through TLT, the customer pays TLT an itemized total based on the accepted labor bid, TLT-purchased materials, and a disclosed 20% platform markup on those two components. The Service Pro's job payout is the accepted labor amount only; it is not a percentage of the customer invoice. TLT settles accepted retailer material costs on Net 45 terms beginning when TLT accepts verified delivery, and releases the labor amount only after customer-confirmed completion or a documented TLT resolution. Refunds, disputes, reversals, holds, and applicable taxes may affect timing under the job-specific payment terms. These arrangements are not represented as escrow. Payments for real-world services are not Google Play purchases. Any paid digital app feature will use the billing method required by the platform and applicable law.

8. Account enforcement

TLT may pause bidding, request corrections, reject an industry, suspend a provider, cancel an assignment, or close an account to protect users, meet law or policy, investigate fraud, or enforce these terms. When appropriate, we will show a reason and a correction or appeal path.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The marketplace is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. TLT is not the provider of third-party services and is not responsible for a provider's independent acts. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Privacy, changes, and contact

The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Material term updates will be presented for acceptance before continued posting, bidding, or acceptance. Questions may be submitted through the secure privacy request center.
