Retailer Terms
These terms govern retailer qualification, sealed quotes, TLT purchase orders, fulfillment, returns, and material-cost settlement.
1. Retailer eligibility
You must be authorized to act for the listed business and provide accurate contact, coverage, product-category, tax, fulfillment, warranty, return, and payment-onboarding information. TLT may approve, limit, suspend, or remove retailer access.
2. TLT is the buyer
Total Leads Today—not the service provider—is the materials buyer. Providers supply labor only and cannot create, award, change, accept delivery of, or pay a TLT purchase order. A provider receipt acknowledgement is evidence only and does not start settlement.
3. Sealed retailer quotes
Quote the materials subtotal, shipping, estimated tax, specifications, manufacturer or part numbers when available, fulfillment window, warranty, return terms, and allowed substitutions accurately. Retailers cannot see competing quotes. TLT may select a quote based on the full commercial and fulfillment terms, not price alone, and does not guarantee an award or order volume.
4. Purchase orders and fulfillment
Only a TLT-issued purchase order authorizes fulfillment. Do not rely on provider or customer instructions that change price, quantity, destination, or terms. Record shipment or delivery references accurately. TLT may inspect, reject, return, or place a hold on damaged, late, nonconforming, recalled, fraudulent, or disputed goods.
5. Net 45 settlement
Accepted material costs are settled on Net 45 terms. The 45-day period begins only when TLT accepts verified delivery—not when a quote is submitted, awarded, ordered, shipped, delivered, or acknowledged by a provider. Settlement also requires valid payment onboarding, an accurate invoice or purchase-order match, available customer funding when applicable, and no unresolved return, damage, fraud, recall, chargeback, or dispute hold. A released settlement is a transfer to the retailer’s connected Stripe balance; the timing of any bank payout is determined separately by Stripe and the retailer’s bank.
6. Fees, reversals, and taxes
Any retailer membership or service fee is separate and disclosed before purchase. The awarded purchase-order amount is the retailer material obligation. Refunds, returns, duplicate payment, fraud, disputes, or a payment error may result in a hold, reversal, offset, or later-cycle adjustment as permitted by the commercial agreement and law. Each party remains responsible for its own tax duties.
7. Privacy and conduct
Use customer delivery details only to fulfill the awarded purchase order. Do not contact customers or providers to bypass TLT, manipulate quotes, solicit off-platform payment, or expose confidential price, account, or delivery data. The Privacy Policy explains data handling.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes will be presented before they govern a new quote or order. Submit support, payment, or data-rights questions through the secure request center.
